This company charged my bank account BEFORE me signing any contract. I called them on 4/5/2012 to place an order and reserve my pick-up and delivery with a deposit of $280. The guy took all my bank info and said they will fax me the contract which has all the details. (The guy didn’t even want to spend much time on the phone with me to explain the process). The next day at 11:00am I called to cancel my order because our travel plan changed. They don’t open until 10:00am. The guy, who later claimed to be his own supervisor, said there is cancelation fee of $250 which was never communicated to me when placing the order. probably if I had seen the contract, it would have been noted there! so I argued that they shouldn't have processed my order not until I see and sign the contract. The guy said he doesn’t "play these games"!?!?!!! and he didn’t want to discuss any further and HUNG UP!!!! I disputed the charge by calling my bank but I want them to fully refund my deposit back to my account...Not until i sign the contract they shouldn’t have processed my order and RUN AWAY with my money.
