I cant remember the name of the guy i delt with but what a poor excuse for a rep! the typical story,gave a deposit,promised a pick up,never showed!!Ended up driving to michigan to give my son his 16th birthday present. money was not the object,they gave me the price.I ended up with the BBB and Ausa was going to refund my money,never happened. just beware of these A- holes and their extreme unprofessional tones!!!!
