I called this place and discussed a possible transport. The guy tells me, "oh yeah, no problem, I have a driver going that way all the time." I gave them a weeks notice for the pick up. Well they never showed, never called. I made several calls, they kept saying "no updates, sorry". Next time I called the guy tells me, that he spoke with the driver and he was to pick it up in the next couple of days. Same deal, no show, no call. The next time I called and threatened to cancel, so the guy says "give me a couple of days and i'll see what I can do". I called again in two days and him and his secretary both told me that it had indeed been picked up. Well I checked and low and behold, it had NOT been picked up. I called them back to discuss the matter, and the guy LIED to me again, and said " I never told you we picked it up" Well good thing I was calling from the 911 operator dispatch line, because our ENTIRE conversation was recorded. Even all the other conversations were also recorded. Long story short, after 30 days, they still had not provided me any type of service, so I canceled. Still have not received a refund. They wont respond to my e-mails. Their website is shut down, they have 71 complaints through the BBB. They have no Bond Insurance, they have several "AKA" names for their buisness. Multiple addresses and phone numbers. Their website says they have been in buisness for 25 years. Thats a lie too. They took my money, lied to me, and will not return my money. Currently undergoing legal advice for a Class Action Law Suit. For info on this horrible company go to this link from the BBB.
