Vehicle was delivered as promised to dealership of customers choice. Driver left keys and paperwork with front desk upon delivery. Customer had severeal issues prior to the pickup of the vehicle. The seller would not send him the title to the vehicle so he could register the vehicle prior to taking it across the Canadian border. Customer states that they would make a weekend out of coming to Grand Forks to do some shopping. Vehicle was delivered as promised. The dealership misplaced the keys which will most likely we found today once the normal staff comes in to say oh yeah the keys are right here! Customer states that they made a key but the security system would not allow him to crank the vehicle. The driver states that the vehicle had to be jumped everytime he moved it becasue the battery was dead. I would suspect the reason why the car would not crank was due to battery failure. Either way none of this has anything to do with the delivery of Mr Hirschfeld's 1992 Toyota Celica. We here at ASAP were very kind and patient with Mr Hirschfeld throughout the pickup and delivery process. He choose to pickup the vehicle from the dealership on a weekend. A Toyota dealership. We are not sure why they were unable to help him. We apologize for any inconvience he has experienced but none of it has been caused by either our driver or ASAP. We wish him the best.
