I am sorry for the frustration you caused yourself by canceling ahead of time. We always assign a driver within 24 to 72 hours before the pick up date. You did not allow for the timeframe to pass. And decided to cancel prior to your pick up date. You may always use the administration fee as a credit towards moving the vehicle if you decide to ship with us as we agreed to. Thank you again. I will reach out and call you myself, as you state you have issues getting in touch with us , which is odd.
