Called to arrange a car to be shipped - quoted $350 - found a driver who would take $450 - agreed to the rate and they charged $75 deposit fee... the driver cancelled. They found another driver (de earl days later) and now rate was $475 - arranged a pick up for 7am... driver never showed up - called and rearranged for 11:40 - no show - called and was told driver cancelled. I called ANM Transport as it had been 10 days and no success shipping my car - requested $75 deposit to be credited since not delivered on what the committed - they hung up on me several times and blocked my phone number... absolutely horrible service from ANM. The two folks (Frank and Matt) are equally rude when answering the phone or addressing issues.
