The overall rating of this company is VERY POOR. When we ordered them to do the work for us to transport the vehicle from NJ to Illinois and ask them if they can promise to pick up the car on 18th May because we were there for a daughter's graduation and had to leave NJ on the 18th night and no one will be able to take care of that car when we are not there. We tried to contact them on the 17th and 18th and they NEVER pick up their phone and they never picked up the car and we had to call the next day the 19th and they said we ONLY can pick up if we charge $100.00 more. So we had to pay $600.00 instead of $500.00. I highly recommend customers not to go for this one as they did not do whatever they promised to do.
