I called ALS on 10/14 needing my car to be shipped the very next day since I had been waiting for another company to ship my car for over 1 week. I spoke with Peter and he told me he would try his best but realistically it would take 48 hrs. I agreed since I was already desparate. 3hrs later I got a call from a nice girl named Yovanna who told me they found a truck that would pick up my car the very next day. I had my car in sunny Florida on Friday.
