I bought a truck from ebay and decide to see what kind of price to ship it.ALS was the first ones to call me and carlos gave me a price of $600.I told him I would call him when my check goes through,so on friday the 12th I got the ok to pick up the truck so I call carlos and told him to release the truck for pick up and he said he would.I waited tell 17th till I call them back,because I have not heard nothing from them.I talk to alex he said it wasn't to be release till the 19th,but carlos forgot to release the truck for pick up and alex release it that day.I waited till next week to call back about the truck that's when I got the run around they told me they would have someone to call me,but no one did.They took a $100 deposit for a brokers fee.When I call the cancel the order they gave me a long story how good they are,just bla bla stuff.Alex said they would have someone to call me the next day for a refund on the $100,but no one ever called back,so I my money back from them from my credit car company.
If you want to get the runaround call ALS.Remember that all the brokers use the same shipper site.
