Hi Mr. Yang, Thank you for your review. I have reviewed the file (701124) and bill of lading and would like to address the comments below. I am a bit baffled as to why it would be considered late pick up or delivery. The request for pick up was made on 3/12 with pick up guaranteed between 3/13-3/20/07. The driver was dispatched on 3/13/07 for pick up late evening on 3/14 or early afternoon on 3/15. The vehicle was picked up on 3/15/07 early am as promised and scheduled. The delivery was scheduled for 3/24/07 HOWEVER it was delivered on 3/20/07 which is FOUR DAYS EARLIER. I was under the impression that Edward was very please with the delivery being early and the fast, curtious service provided to you both. We did not get a chance to speak to you after the delivery. The normal time frame for this route is 1-7 days for pick up and 10-14 days for delivery from New York to Washington State. The entire process from your intial request to delivery time took only SEVEN days which is half the normal alloted time for this cross country move. I am at a loss as to why your review would show late pick up and late delivery however I will be happy to speak to you about the transit times and hope that you would return our calls and email for request to address your comments below.
