Excellent customer service

I placed several quote requests for the shipping my car online. Many were extremely high or very underbid (after I contacted them the rate suddenly jumped by several hundred dollars). AFT Logistics Inc and Faye were also the only ones who responded to my emails. We spoke on the phone and I explained my situation and my transport needs. She contacted my repeatedly by email and phone as drivers became available for my trip.

It turns out a family member transports cars for a living and really wanted to help us move. So he is transporting the car for cost.

As a result we did not end up using the service.

Regardless the customer service at AFT is topnotch and if I were to need transport again AFT Logistics would be the first place I would call.
