company was very helpful and prompt in replying to questions. They set up driver and kept me informed of pick up date. A good experience. The pick up was on time but the delivery was late. Driver indicsted weather and wrecks on road caused delay. However, other pick up and deliveries also played a role.

Hi Mr. Trahan, I read the review and am please with how we assisted you; however I am a bit baffled as to the "late" part of the review. The Driver was delayed due to weather however he was 3 days early as the time frame from CO to MA is usually 6-8 days. The delivery was expedted 1/13 and was delivered 1/10.
