Excellent service and a A+ trucker who was very accomodating and kept in contact with us via cell phone. Since this was my first time using a transporter sevice, I did not know the procedures so became anxious about the pickup. I suggest you explain your procedures at the beginning in order to alleviate customer concerns. For instance it would have helpful to know that from Quote operation I would be moved to Order processing to Dispatch and that Dispatch would find a transprter off the internet.

Hello David, Thank you for the review and A plus rating. I have reitteratted to the staff to communicate the entire process to clients for better communication. Also, we do utilize other carriers when needed; however, we have our own, prescreened, preapproved and preferred drivers that we use rather than search the internet or use other boards.
