After two false starts with companies who did not live up to their promises, Josh contacted US and asked if he and his company could help us get our car down here from Connecticut. He explained the entire procedure, which nobody else had bothered to do, and suggested a price which should get the car picked up in a timely manner. This was on a Friday afternoon at 4PM. He called us SUNDAY !! to tell us that a reputable transport was available to pick up our car on Monday or Tuesday. Since we were in Florida already, the driver would need to pick up the car without our signature. No problem. The driver found that the battery had run down (trunk light was on) but jump started and loaded the car at NO EXTRA COST !! Three days later they called to say when they would arrive at the house. In the meantime, Josh called twice to update us on where the car was. We felt confident and secure in the expectation of the delivery of our car. The driver was pleasant and knowledgeable and on time. WE ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED and delighted that Josh emailed us to ask us if he could help. We HIGHLY recommend ACD Auto Transport and Josh Irby. If you give them a try, your worries are over.
