At first, I was concerned because I booked a few weeks in advance and didn't get assigned a carrier right away but Clinton told me that carriers would not begin to bid until about a week before pick-up, and he was right. I didn't realize the carrier they used operated 24 hours a day (this was my first time shipping a car), so I was surprised to learn that he would be picking up my car around midnight and delivering between 4 and 7 a.m. Luckily, the carrier was able to get really close to both locations so it was less inconvenient. The only downside to the 24 hour operations is that my car actually arrived a day before I did since I stayed behind for two days to wrap up business. Fortunately, I had someone there who could accept the car.
