Worst Experience Ever

I'm from canada, so the actual locations don't match up.

My girlfriends parents moved from Toronto to Moose Jaw, and the company paid to have them fly, so they thought it easier to have their car shipped.

They set it up to be picked up on March 28th, It's April 18th, they've been in Moose Jaw for about 3 weeks now, and have no vehicle.

When I talked to Natalie on the phone, we almost came to blows, she was rude, unapologetic and seemed perfectly happy to keep our car hostage (with all the stuff inside it). we requested public information from her and were refused.

We were lead to believe we could pay by credit card, and then at the last minute, were told it would be cash or money transfer only (This was today, the 18th of April 2011) after the car had already been picked up. We asked for the contractors information so we could even just verify we weren't being scammed (No personal numbers, just what company they drove for) and was refused as well.

I filed an investigation report with the Better Business Bureau as well.

Where as I'm not sure what the end result will be in this battle, I can guarentee it, and will warn anyone, don't use ABR, they are a hack company with terrible staff and bad business ethics.
