I have no idea where my car is.
'Natalie' keeps telling me it will arrive but it has been over a month and nothing.
I cannot believe that a company like this can continue to operate. You call and either no one picks up, or the voice mail is full. They are also bad at responding to emails.
Although I have tried to be optimistic, this evening I will contact the police. This has been a horrible experience.
