I panicked when I read the reviews on the web site. But after talking to others in the industry and a driver. I realised things don't always go according to plan when you work with contractors. Natalie answered all my e-mails and I spoke to her 2 times during the 17 days. I was told that 3 weeks would be the average time and we got our car sooner.
