I relocated to Calgary Alberta with my husband from Montreal Quebec. We both have cars that we were going to drive to Calgary but I had to stay at my job a month later so my company decided to pay for the shipping of both cars. We dropped my husbands car off at the shipping yard on June 23rd.They say 5 days transport time. My husband got his car July 10th. Does this company even care NO. His car has 3 gashes on his trunk. I now have left my car at the same shipping yard on July 25th for shippment July 26th from what I was told. Aug 1st "Natalie" emails me and says she needs proof of payment. I email right back and told her I had asked the guy at the yard if he wants to see the proof and he said no. I give her all the information on the payment because now I am already in Calgary and don't have a fax to fax the proof. She then emails me back and says that my car did not make it on the truck because it was full. So I take that as she took my payment information. She said it would be on the next truck which was leaving on Aug 4th or 5th. Between that time I kept calling and leaving messages and no return phone calls. She gave me the number of the place where my car was going to be dropped off and told me not to call until the monday Aug 8th. I call them and they have no idea where my car is. They tell me that they can't even get intouch with them either because these people never pick up the phone. I keep calling and leaving messages and still nothing. I then called again on Aug 17th and she said she would call me back as to where my car is. I asked her to guarentee that she would call back and she did call back. She said I never sent proof of payment. I told her I emailed on Aug 1st. She emails me and says she has nothing. So I send the email that I sent aug 1st and I also fax her the proof. I had to find a place that I could fax from. She then says yes guaranteed your car is on the next truck which was supposed to leave montreal Aug 22nd. I still do not have my car and I have left messages and emails all week threatening to bring in the RCMP and still no one has called or emailed me back to tell me where my car is.
