Michael, we'd like to apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that said cancellation was not something we were in control of since we are a middleman between you and the carrier company. We’d also like to point out that your review contains some misleading and incorrect information. Our agent notified you right away during his business hours (Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm, EST), but you were unavailable. When you became available after his business hours, you sent him several rude texts, and left a few voicemails with curse words. Besides, later on the same day our after-hours support reached out to you to offer a number of solutions, but you were also extremely disrespectful and rude to our rep and hung up on him. Here at ABC Car Shipping we have zero tolerance policy to rude, abusive and aggressive behavior. We strongly believe that every human being should be treated with dignity and respect. However, we understand that you were stressed out, which is why even after that our manager tried to contact you for the next two (2) days, but all his calls went directly to your voicemail. He also sent you a text, but received no response. That being said, your words “offered me no solution” used in your review are totally not true. However, being a professional, reliable, trustworthy and customer oriented company, satisfaction of our clients is our number one priority and ultimate objective.
