Damage to my 93 Mustang

Long story short car was 5 days late.Five days prior was four hours from destination on a Tuesday,received car on a Saturday night,driver demanded to be delivered at 7:30 or later,car came inspected it,could not see damage at time,untill I was in a lighted area found cowl on my 93 mustang to be crushed in.Unforuntanatly I did not notice damage,and signed bill of laden.When I got back to my house noticed damage tried to call driver to change bill of laden,told me he was a hour distance from my house,which was only 5-10 minutes WHEN HE LEFT from delivery,called broker,he said to call him again so I did now he's in another state on the other side of my state which is a big lie.I know I signed bill of laden and did not see damage until in light,but tonight I was looking at car it had and noticed fenders had been changed and front bumper was also,the car left with a license plate bracket and I did not have Cobra emblems on car so someone went for joy ride and crashed,that's why 5 days late.Have proof fenders and bumper replaced with fresh auto parts sticker and date on it.Don't try to contact them to help Alex will not let you get a word edge wise,very vulgar,and Performance mustang from Houston will never use them again,also Auto Discount Transport who is the broker has put negative feedback out there also.Alex from ABA at first call said she would take care of problem until she found out how much damage was done and basically said my car was not worth it that she would contact her insurance co.as Of 11/1/10 no answers just waiting to see what happens.BEWARE
