Overall I would not recommend this transport company. There was poor communication throughout the experience, and they would not promptly answer my phone calls or texts. In addition, the car was not delivered as promised, and the date kept changing without informing me or the dealership where they picked the car up. Customer service was equally as bad. An employee hung up on me during a call and made changes without consulting me. I had to go with a different company because it was such a horrible experience.
