We contracted AAAll States to transport our 2008 volvo from AZ to MA. We told them to pick the car up as EARLY as they needed to deliver it by June 1st. The earliest pick up date was 5/23. We DID NOT hear anything from AAAll States, ALL contact was made by me. They told me that no one had bid on the car and there is nothing they could do. We arrived in MA and still heard nothing, June 1st came and still no information. We cancelled the contract. Very disappointing, not on the fact that they could not complete their contract but that they never contact us to inform us what was happening.
