Having received over 20 quotes for shipping a vehicle purchased on eBay, many of them describing the horrors of using other carriers, I treaded quite cautiously when selecting a carrier. I responded to three quotes - all were in the middle of the range fees quoted. One I eliminated because the call went to voicemail all the time. I decided to go with AAAll State after emailing back and forth with PJ. From PJ to the dispatcher, they were all a delight to deal with. After signing the contract on a Thursday (just before a holiday weekend), the dispatcher called and said they could pick the vehicle up on Monday AM early. The truck showed up exactly as planned and loaded the vehicle. The dispatcher again called, told me they were going to charge the credit card for the first payment, as the car was loaded. She also gave me the cell number, drivers name and ETA for the carrier. Within hours, the driver called and told me when he would arrive. He arrived within 15 minutes of his ETA after driving for 18 hours. The car arrived in great shape. The driver was very courteous , friendly and very professional. It is a rare event (sadly) these days when a service is provided exactly as advertised, on time and for exactly what was contracted. This was a terrific experience and would, obviously, use PJ and his team again for any car transport issue I have in the future. I have already recommended them to two friends.
