This was our first time transporting a vehicle, so we were very nervous. We went online to request quotes from transport companies. Needless to say, we received quite a few. Although all the companies appeared to sincerely want out business, some were very overpriced. We wanted a company that was accredited with the BBB and had good customer reviews. Larry from AAAll States not only provided this information, but also (patiently) answered all our questions on what to expect through the whole process. When we couldn't find a driver right away, Larry offered $50 of his fee to add to the trucker's fee. Transporting a vehicle to Hawaii is quite the process as it involves not only Larry, but the driver, and also the shipping company (Matson) out of California, then again from Honolulu to Maui. The whole process went very smoothly, and the vehicle actually arrived a week ahead of schedule! We were extremely pleased with Larry at AAAll States Transport, and we would definitely use him again.
