This was the first time I was ever going to ship a vehicle, let alone, across the country. I had read review after review about disasterous episodes and received email after email from all different kinds of transport companies. I left a message with Dave at AAAll States and I was sure he wouldn't call me back. To my surprise, he called me back the next day. He described, in detail, how the transport business worked and why there was such a range of prices and differing deposit amounts. He was very professional and thorough. I felt very comfortable and satisfied with his explanations and price, so I booked the vehicle for transport. I was a little concerned, due to the fact that it was a convertible and I was worried about the oil from any vehicles above mine. He assured me that it would be loaded on the top of the truck and wouldn't be exposed to oil or grime from other vehicles. I was not at the pick up point, so I had my daughter take a picture of the odometer, so I could verify that the vehicle had not been driven unnecessarily, and had her place plastic on the driver seat, driver handle, and driver floor mat to avoid any grease or dirt transfer from the driver. I received a call Friday that they were going to pick up the vehicle on Saturday, as requested by me, and the driver would contact my daughter directly to set up the time. She wasn't available until Sunday, but that was not a problem for the transport company. I received several phone calls from the driver estimating day of arrival and he said he would call me the day before with an ETA. He did just as he said and I received my car in the same condition as I recall I left it in. I would not hesitate to use this company again and I recommend them to anyone who needs to ship any vehicle anywhere in the country. Keith
