This was our first experience with Aaall States and we are pleased with the service overall.
There was some delay initially with the pickup of the vehicle, but this was not Aaall States fault. The vehicle was a wrecked chassis purchased at auction and the loading/pickup presented problems not normally encountered, so Aaall States had a little more difficulty placing the order than usual. Once the vehicle was picked up, it was delivered without delay and the carrier was very nice. Aaall States is excellent about communicating what's going on, keeping us informed each step of the way in terms of posting our load, letting us know that someone had picked it up and approximately when we could expect to receive it. They provided the contact information for the carrier, and everything was in proper order at the time of arrival. We would recommend Aaall States for any company wanting to place a load for pickup and not have to worry about after doing so. Aaall States follows through on everything, and it's nice to leave the worry to someone else.
