At first all the communication seemed prompt with return calls. I had no one call me about pick up time. Granted I did have calls the day before about they were ready to pick up but due to funds not clearing seller was not releasing unit. Friday I called after funds cleared and they had already been in contact with seller for pick up. I had to call seller to find out if anyone contacted him about pick up time and it was scheduled for about 0900 hrs. Saturday. , the unit was not picked up until about 1200 hrs. . The seller called me to let me know it was picked up, I recieved no call from transport company.

I recieved a call from First Class Towing asking me my street address because they did not have it. Tiffney also asked if it would be OK to drop it off about 2100 hrs. , so I agreed. I waited until 2200 hrs. to call the number she had left me before. Well the number went into a voice mail stating it was full and to call back later. For the next two hours I tried this number to no avail. Finally at 2400 hrs. I went to bed concerned about if this item was ever going to be delivered or was it stolen. At 0100 hrs. I was awoke by my cell phone, it was the driver asking my house number. Turns out they were up the road from my house. The driver was very nice apologizing for being so late but explained he had no paper work on the delivery. He stated it was dropped off to him without any address or delivery paper work. He stated he would have been alot sooner had he had the correct paper work. I am not sure which company dropped the ball or how many hands this went through but I called AAAll States Auto Transport to handle this transport smoothly and with out worry and they FAILED!
