We had first asked for our vehicle to be picked up by January 30 or 31st, we were moving on Feb 1st. The company said they would let us know when a driver was lined up. They contacted us and said that someone would pick it up over the weekend, which didn't happen. Then we heard the earliest would be Monday, Feb.4th. The pick up date changed quite a few times and then we were told t hat definitely Tuesday Feb 5th. The guy we had been dealing with, Larry, never knew anything. He didn't even know the name of the driver, until we told him. We knew more than the transport company did. We informed them when the vehicle was picked up and by whom. The driver was nice and we would use him again, but not the company. We were very displeased. I had to arrange a rental car, while we waited on the delivery. This would have been avoided without the expense, if the car had been picked up earlier, like ordered.
