- Driver was late by 5 hours that's ok too. - Door to Door service, as promised was not delivered. - We had to drive about 5 miles to drop vehicle. - Driver tried to avoid inspection of the vehicle at the time of delivery. - Foul language used by the driver when we insisted on the inspection.
