I was requesting a quote and received so many I didn't know what Avenue to go down so I called AAA1 transportation and spoke with Anthony. He was polite, answered all my questions, went over everything and most importantly did not bash the industry which was a lot of my phone calls. He saved me an additional $50 due to a last-minute cancellation on one of their trucks so Anthony emailed me all the drivers info prior to pick up and called me to tell me about the savings and it just made my day!! The driver got there in the timeframe he specified. With everything else going on with my move this was by far the easiest thing I had to do. Thank you to Anthony and AAA1 transportation for providing a level of customer service that you just don't get every day. I will definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend to call Anthony directly. I really did feel like a member of the family and I got more text messages versus not enough just like he said. He walked me through every step of the process and the driver kept in contact as well. Thank you again!!
