Our original point of contact was Chris Delaney. He was WONDERFUL. We had never done this before. He spent a lot of time with us on the phone explaining the entire process. He was always available when I called and got right back to me on things. The trucking folks that we dealt with were also very reachable and responsive. If I ever have to do this again, Chris will be the one I call. You should too!!!
