My agent Christopher Delany explained the entire process to me. My brother had just passed away and my families heads were spinning with all the arrangements that had to be made. I called the company and it was after hours so the call frwd to one of the associates cell phones. I expressed the urgency of shipping as the car, uniforms from my brothers military career and some family photos would be in the car. Chris confirmed it was ok to ship this with the driver. We called on a Thursday night late and the car was shipped that next day Friday. We were so relieved because he was concerned and aware of the importance of this shipment timely. I can not say enough about this company and how available, above and beyond the call of duty Chris went. He asked me to write a review after he had some reviews on his site that were not favorable and do not reflect the experience I had with them. THe website www.transportmyautomobile.com clearly express the entire process. Chris helped me understand that he was an agent for the independent truckers and would do his best in finding a trucker as quickly as possible. He stated it was the drivers who control the price and his company basically makes an offer to the drivers. Well he did an excellent job and myself, sister in law were all very pleased. I can not say more for the excellent job he did. Thumbs up and ok to use this company.
