I shipped my car with this company. They overcharged me by $25. When I complained they were rude but told me they would fix the situation. They did not. I called 2 more times and spoke with an owner of the business. Each time they told me that they would fix the charge, but it was never done. Although they only overcharged me by $25, I have spent hours dealing with their miserable customer service. This kind of business practice is unacceptable. Please use someone else!
