This was my first time shipping a car and I did not know anything about shipping cars. Jessica whom I was speaking with at the time assisted me in understanding every step of the process. There was a a small issue with price before I booked and I was glad to know I had options. The delivery came on at night which was completely fine with me and I was glad that it came early. At one point I wasn't able to reach the dispatcher and I called Jessica and I get a call from the driver within 10 minutes.I found it very useful how I had someone to talk to that I could find out what was happening.
