America is beautiful-anyone can complain and make up lies. Transport Reviews can post them because they are in the business of posting reviews. However- they don't decide when someone is crazy. They post the review and we respond. They don't decide when someone is without merit. That's transport reviews. The BBB read her complaint and did not even post because obviously some there read and knew we did our job and it was just a consumer trying to STEAL, ROB services. Obviously Aunt wasn't on the same page as the nephew. Nephew thought we did our job well. (Here is his response when asked if he can get his Aunt to remove the frivolous review - " I will try. Like I said I have no control over what she does. I sent her a text asking her to take it down though. If she doesn't then yeah just respond to it. I understand you have to protect your brand and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. For what it's worth you guys were nothing but respectful and cordial with me. I work in a field where I deal with frustrated customers on a daily basis and also get reviewed based on those interactions." -Nephew- - That was the nephew. Back to the complaint. For her to state "God is great" because she cheated us out of the fee just shows the ignorance and her hypocritical self- I don't think "god" nor society applauds a thief "theft of services. and oh by the way (attached) nephew paid deposit doing the right thing.

AAA Transporters doesn't like a thief. God doesnt like a thief. Society doesnt like a thief. 80 vehicles shipped a week for 6 years and we do the right thing EVERYTIME. I'm sorry no one has invented the crazy meter detector it could have saved us a lot of time.
