I am happy with the overall shipping experience through George and AAA Transporters. George responded all my calls and questions in timely manner throughout the process. There was no upfront deposit until the driver was dispatched, and there was no hidden charges - I paid what was quoted. The vehicle was picked up later than scheduled, but it was the driver's fault, and George in fact helped me to contact the driver quickly so that I could rearrange the pick up. I would not rate the driver 5-star, but the service from George was very satisfactory.
