John contacted me and at first everything was fine he answered my questions and I told him I needed my car picked up on the 4th of Nov. because I left on the 5th to CA and he told me he had a driver and he would contact me with a pic up time. On the 4th I waited all day can called John about 5 times that day one time he answered I told him I have not heard from the driver he gave me the drivers name and told me he will have the driver call me. I did not get a call until the next day after my flight I was very upset that I left Texas and my car was still sitting there and the driver Tom stated his order was for the 6th and he would be there between 1 and 3 I had my mother call the driver to set up the pick up because she had to work. The driver went in my mothers job and started cursing out my mother's boss because he has been there since 12 (not the time he gave me or my mother) and it was 12:45 pm. I tired calling john about this issue no answer the driver was fine at the drop off but this was the worst service I ever had I will never trust them again DO NOT USE AAA TRANSPORTERS
