Damaged Pickup Truck - JULY 2023 $2500 damage

Fg **+STAY AWAY!** ANYTIME used a company that had no cargo insurance! My Truck’s tonneau cover was ripped off (“during a storm”) or stolen during the transport. Driver made no mention to the receiving party that truck was damaged when he arrived. The receiving party pointed out the damage and driver finally admitted and said his company or broker would take care of it. Long story short I’m out of $1898 for shipping and $2500 for tonneau cover replacement. ANYTIME Will NOT do the right thing and file the insurance claim with their company. It’s been 52 days that I have battled with them and requested to speak to a manager. Apparently there is no management! I’ve shipped 4 cars with them in the past and that will be the LAST shipment! Just thankful that the vehicle wasn’t totaled. Unsatisfactory customer service and crappy management! They don’t have the courtesy to call you back to provide updates for the best way to handle the situation. They hang up the phone when you call them or try a put you on hold so they can hang up. Save yourself the headache and book with another company. MONTWAY shipping will be a safer and cheaper option! I will be here daily to express my dissatisfaction with this company until I receive a call back from management. They will learn accountability one way or another. If you are a potential customer reading this, I just want to say I have spent lots of money with ANYTIME. They are very prompt in calling you back to accept your money BUT this final experience showed me the TRUTH about this company. If you need them to fix their wrong good luck. If your vehicle is damaged and the company that they hire is not insured you will be out of luck because ANYTIME will not do ANYTHING for you. If you have read this far you have been warned to choose another company. That’s all I have for today! I will be back to save others from this company! Skyranch Trucking LLC out of Laredo TX was the uninsured company hired by ANYTIME..

Well Hello again Dimitri, We see you are still posting fake reviews just because you were fired from this company. Nothing you ever post is true. The proof is all your posts are from the same email address!!! Thank you for wasting a few minutes of our time. Now go find a job!!!
