So Chad called me the day before to make sure we were on board to pick up car. We discussed a good time and therefore it turned out great. Upon arrival Chad was really friendly and respectful.. he loaded the car up safe and was really knowledge on his duties. Chad arrived 2/3/2020. He called and told me he would be in Brainard within 5 hours which was great that he had gave me a notice in advance. Upon meeting up with Chad on arrival he was again still nice and friendly.
