This company started out trashing all the other transport companies, claiming I was being lied to. AAA Anytime (Rich) informed me that they have all of their own truck (LIE) and that he guaranteed me a specific pick up day (LIE). The driver that came to pick up my vehicle came in a truck that had a different company name other than AAA Anytime, so obviously I became concerned and called AAA Anytime to verify that the driver was in fact their driver. When I called to clear things up I was treated very rudely by the staff (RICH), I explained that the driver, when asked said he had no clue who AAA Anytime was, so I was not comfortable with him taking my car without confirmation from AAA Anytime that he was their driver. Rich told me that because I told the driver (who still is not confirmed to be their driver) not to take my car until I know what's going on- that I would have to reschedule the pick up and pay an additional $200. I tried again to explain to RICH that this was not my fault and any normal person shipping a car would want to be sure that the person taking the car was with the company you scheduled the pick up with, at that point I was told to call a lawyer and was hung up on. Since then I have been called numerous times to reschedule the pick and pay an additional $200, "Does RICH not remember telling me to call a lawyer and hanging up on me?" To ANYONE thinking about using this shameful company to transport a vehicle, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE think twice. you'll thank me!
