The customer service person was helpful and the driver of the truck kept us in the loop as well because he ran into bad weather in Kansas and didn't want hail damage on the vehicles so he called and said he'd be there a day later. Great company to deal with. We had a terrible time with our moving company so it was nice we had such great service with our car transporter.
