They were very accommodating! They made our first ever car-transport experience a marvelous one! I was blown away by their customer service - both with the office staff as well as the driver. They had even offered to pick the car up early, but my son (a student) was tied up with a night class and couldn't make it happen, so they picked it up first thing in the morning. Kudos to everyone - especially the driver, Geraldo Simoes! He couldn't have been more helpful - he had the car delivered in 3 days and was SUPER about keeping us informed. We simply couldn't have been happier - unless, of course, he would have brought our son and his dog along with him - HA! Much appreciated, Barbara & Donnie
