Frustrated

My family and I relocated to Minnesota from California. We did some research online and found aaa anytime inc. and decided to go with them to ship our vehicle. Their quote price was average so we went ahead and scheduled for the car to be delivered. They had asked for a $300 deposit which was not a problem but we were not able to pay by phone. We had to use a community fax to get our paperwork from then and then return via the same way. We then had to mail our $300 payment and since they needed it within a short amount of time we were forced to overnight it (that cost $16 extra). I was told is was to be picked up on a wednesday or thursday. I received a call Thursday evening stating that the car would not be picked up instead they would pick it up sometime the following week and would call me on that Monday to let me know when. I got a call Monday EVENING and was told that our shipment was CANCELLED. What?! They didn't offer to find another carrier or even apologize. Now I am forced to start this whole process all over again with another company. I will never use this company again and I will make sure to let everyone I know about my experience.

Dear Nicole, We are very sorry that the truck cancelled it's route to Minn. We did not have another truck for two weeks. We knew you could not wait that long so we refunded your deposit in full. Again we are very sorry for any inconvenience you were caused by this. Sincerely, Customer Service
