Horrible Choice

DO NOT USE AAA INC. AS YOUR AUTO TRANSPORTER!!! Mike Williams, owner of the company, will lie his ass off to get you to choose his company to transport your vehicle. Once he gets your deposit he will care less about the where abouts of your car.

My car was supposed to be picked up and delivered from Honolulu to Las Vegas in 15 days ( according to Mike) which in actuallity it took 26 days for my car to reach me. In the meantime, I was stuck with paying for a rental car which I had not previously expected.

I called AAA Inc. about 5 times between the 13th of January until the 21st of January and was greeted by the same RUDE black lady on the phone. She would keep telling me that she had no idea where my car was and that the driver would call me with the delivery information. I even tried going down to their office and inquire about my car but got no useful info.

In short, STAY AWAY FROM AAA INC unless you want a whole lot of headaches and hassles.
