Basically everything AAA, Inc tells you is false- starting with the fact that they are only brokers and NOT the transporter of auto. They do not keep the deadlines specified (how can they if they're not the ones moving the vehicle?!), there are NOT 2 drivers, you may NOT pack the trunk of car, etc etc. I consider myself fortunate in that the "real" mover of my car turned out to be a great company based out of the northeast of the country who did tell me everything honestly once i got ahold of them. However, the experience i had w/ AAA, Inc should not have to be experienced and cause such aggravation- do NOT use this company!
