Awesome experience ! That's how a car should be transported !

From the very beginning, my experience with United Auto Transport company was excellent. From AD's professional and courteous responses to all my questions and requests, to her handling of the requested delivery dates and to her communication of information, I always had the feeling that everything would be totally peachy. And peachy is how it turned out to be.
The cars (I was moving two cars from Los Angeles to Naperville, IL) were picked up at the time I was told, the driver was very professional and knowledgeable and skilled. (The driver set up the location of the pick up to be very close to where I lived after consulting a sat photo of the area!) That was a Wednesday morning. On the following Monday morning, we had arranged for him to meet us with the cars at our new home at 9:00 in the morning. We reached at 9:00 a.m. to find the driver (Walter) had already off-loaded the cars onto our drive-way and was waiting for us ! We inspected the cars and found absolutely no damage to the cars - they were in perfect working condition.
We handed over the cash to Walter who turned over a receipt for the same and that was it !

I am sure there are people who have experienced some issues with their car moves. However, I have absolute faith in the process and the professionalism of the participants thereof.

I have no qualms in recommending this transport company heartily !
