This customer was given a written confirmation of the exact amount of his vehicle via email and sent a response to that email confirming that he understood the price before he placed the order. There was no promise of reducing that rate because it had already been scheduled with a driver at the agreed-upon rate and the customer was already notified of that update. When a driver is scheduled for a pickup, dates and times are not guaranteed due to the nature of the business. That is clearly stated in our terms and conditions which the customer must agree to before he is able to place an order with our company.
