I had to move my BMW to Paris and was very worried about the whole process as it is a luxury car in hands of someone for over a month. I had called a number of places before making the decision to go with United Auto Transports. Karolina was simply amazing! She was very helpful throughout the process and patient with me getting all the required documents to her. Overseas transport involved quite a lot of bureaucracy but it all went smoothly with the help of Karolina. She was very knowledgeable and most importantly honest about their services which made me feel confident about my choice. They did not take care of the customs over here in France, but I was informed about it right in the beginning and she also referred to me to an agent in the port in France-Le Havre, who spoke perfect English and helped me out. I got marine insurance just in case but never filed any claims- the car came in the way I gave it to the driver in CA. It was transported in a shared container and didn't even have any dirt marks or anything like that. I was very satisfied with United Auto Transports and Karoline!
