Never, Ever even think about using AA"Classic" Car Transport LLC -Yousel@aacartransport...I got lucky, my 1967 Ford Mustang GTA was scheduled to be transported from Mercer Island, WA. to Tacoma, WA. for the Pacific Northwest Concours d' Elegance by these guys ( a distance of 30+ miles)
the quote was $650.00 around trip....this was made via phone weeks before the show...$195,00 deposit with my debit card made out to AA Trans. I checkout this transaction on my computer and he takes out $195.00 X 2 ($390.00) Deposit for both to and from!!!??? Spare me! Then on Friday I'm told the cost is $1,000.00!!! I said forget it! The car is to be on the grass at 7am Sunday the 7th (September)...oh, and they will only take cash!!!!! (well of course they didn't, "pick up" the phone until late afternoon the following Monday (8th of September) Joseph Perez is the guy I talked to....still doesn't "pick up"...total rip off, Total scam! ..they are listed with a Ft. Lauderdale address. My car was well taken care of by Starbucks Towing (Bellevue, Wa) and was on the grass at 6:30 Sunday morning. Cost? $438.00, gave them $500.00 . Perfect service. I will be registering a complaint with the Attorney Generals in both Florida and Washington State.....and the IRS.

Sorry very much you feel this way. We never ever offered $695 for the round trip, from the beginning the price for an enclosed carrier was $695 for one pick up and one drop off. We even sent you 2 shipping orders to sign for each route. open carriers such as that tow truck was not the service you asked us to provide. you asked for enclosed carrier which cost more. Anyways, we wish you all the best!
